The brief for this stately villa, positioned on an elevated site with sweeping views and a generous level rear garden, was to breathe new life into the home while carefully preserving its timeless character and architectural charm.

The original weatherboard cladding was retained and sympathetically restored where required, complemented by a new roof, spouting and skylights. A stunning elevated front deck was added to maximise the outlook and capture the afternoon sun, creating an inviting space to enjoy the home's commanding position.

The street presence was transformed with new concrete block walls, driveways and pathways, complemented by thoughtfully designed landscaping, powder-coated fin-style railings and automated double driveway gates, resulting in a striking yet elegant arrival.

Inside, the home underwent a complete renovation, including new flooring, a bespoke kitchen and laundry, beautifully appointed bathrooms, and premium fixtures and fittings throughout. Stone bench tops, carefully considered lighting and a full suite of quality appliances reflect the uncompromising attention to detail invested in every aspect of the project.
