We would highly recommend Craig and the Paladin team for anyone considering any building work on their house. The story of our project is the best way to describe our journey with Craig and his team. Our work started 2 years ago, when we started consulting with Craig on how to solve the numerous issues we had with our 1950’s home. He met with us many times to help build the brief for the renovation of our dream home. He then engaged us with his architect and throughout the planning process Craig maintained an active part of the conversation by offering expert guidance, and by balancing our dreams with what was practical and affordable. His knowledge and input was invaluable. 

Before the project was agreed, Craig provided a detailed scope of the work and costs, This gave us the confidence that we were in safe hands. We were constantly given clarity throughout the project. The project work started on the day agreed, and at pace. Craig and Alex set up a Whatsapp chat, and we were in touch daily, and as a result we felt very close to their progress. Ash did a fantastic job of managing the administrative side so we always knew how things were tracking.  
From the outset, we knew that we had engaged a highly professional team. We visited the site every evening to see their progress and from the first day the job site was always meticulously neat and tidy. Craig and Alex kept us informed and worked with us to find solutions to any problems that arose, calmly suggesting options and always open to our ideas. 

We would describe ourselves as having a high attention to detail. This could be difficult for some builders, but not Paladin who clearly have the work ethos to match. Their work was done with pride, and the quality was of the highest standard including management of all the sub trades. It was amazing to see how they always responded to any question or concern, everything was always promptly resolved. Demolition is not a comfortable experience, but the team kept us informed and updated as new issues were uncovered. 

Our project was finished on time, even though we had asked Paladin to do so much more than what was originally in the scope, adding a new roof, and needing to undertake a complete downstairs rebuild. Craig just brought on extra team members to get through the additional work. It was so good to see this prioritisation and response. 

Paladin Construction is amazing and we absolutely love our rebuilt home, we are very grateful to Craig, Alex and his team. We would never use any other builder, and would have no hesitation in recommending Paladin to our best friends.
