Tucked away at the end of a shared driveway, this home was thoughtfully transformed to create a contemporary, low-maintenance residence designed for effortless everyday living.

The project centred on replacing the original monolithic plaster exterior with a premium powder-coated aluminium cladding system, complemented by new roofing and replacement joinery. Together, these upgrades have created a durable, low-maintenance exterior, ensuring the home will continue to perform and look its best for many years to come.

The renovation extended throughout the interior, where the home was completely refurbished to provide a comfortable and functional lock-and-leave lifestyle. Every space was carefully considered to maximise practicality, comfort, and natural light while creating a seamless connection between indoors and out.

Despite the compact site, the outdoor areas were reimagined to make the most of every square metre. Landscaped gardens, a secure sun-filled lawn, and inviting outdoor living spaces provide the perfect setting for entertaining, family gatherings, or simply enjoying time with children, grandchildren, and pets. The result is a private urban retreat that balances contemporary design, durability, and relaxed family living.
