• Build Description : As with any heritage restoration, care is taken to ensure that we restore as many of the period pieces and elements as possible whilst still updating the property to today's standards. In these cases we restored the character but updated the kitchens and bathrooms. The exterior was kept as true to its original state as possible retaining the cedar cladding, lead glass windows and decks but the interior walls and roof spaces were insulated and mechanical systems upgraded. Heritage restoration requires specific skill set as well as attention to detail which is unique to each project enabling theses homes to stand for another 100 years.
